• HOME DEPOT GORDON BLVD.  March 25' - Awarded a full Civil-Site Package for the Home Depot at Gordon Blvd in Woodbridge Virginia.  The Core team worked with the Client throughout 24' to retain commitments from Home Depot to move forward with this project. This will be a significant landmark for the northern Woodbridge area.

• Potomac Shores Parkway & Rte 1/Rte 234 Interchange.  December 24' - Released to build the next phase of the Potomac Shores Parkway and Rte 1 Rte 234 Improvement Project. This is a major road network improvement consisting of public and private roads and for one of the areas busiest intersections.

​

• Corporate Drive Extension. January 25' - Started construction on the connector road from Quantico Corporate Center to Telegraph Road in Stafford. A major connector road to the corporate campus and part of Stafford County's master plan for this corridor.

​

• Darbydale 2.  April 25' - Successfully delivered Phase 1 of this project where the National Builders could to complete work as scheduled for this multi-family development

​

• Matan Industrial Center.  Oct 24' -Successfully delivered construction of this 220K SF Warehouse project with Howard Shockey & Sons.​

• Project Engineers & Managers -  Ability to manage multiple projects & multitask at a HIGH LEVEL

• GPS Operator - Fly Drone for AsBuilt & Topographic Surveys. Set various design benchmarks & other surveying
